Airport Transfers
Transfer on arrvial and departure will be provided only for passengers who have booked their flights on a Trafalgar recommended flight and advised Trafalgar of their flight details at least 21 days prior to departure date. Rio de Janeiro Airport transfer will be provided on day 2 and Sao Paulo transfer will be provided on day 8.

Day 1 Depart USA
Overnight flight to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Day 2 Arrive Rio de Janeiro (3nights)
On arrival in Rio de Janeiro, you're met and taken to your hotel. After check-in at the hotel our afternoon highlight is a visit to the Corcovado, upon which stands the famous Christ the Redeemer statue. En route we see Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and the traditional Cosme Velno. Here we take a cogwheel train to the famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. Time to enjoy this stunning panorama before we descend. Remember Rio is known for its nightlife, so check it out this evening!
Day 3 Rio de Janeiro sightseeing
This morning we will enjoy a half day guided sightseeing tour featuring the main city sights. Then, the highlight of our day is a breathtaking ride by cable car to the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain. Here we appreciate the spectacular views of the city including the Corcovado to Guanabara Bay and Niteroi Bridge. Later, we descend and drive along the Lebion and famous Ipanema beaches before stopping for lunch at the Art Deco Cafe 'Confeitaria Colombo, one of Rio's oldest cafe's. Then, the rest of your day is at leisure. Every night is carnival night, so let your hair down later tonight! (Buffet breakfast/ Lunch)
Day 4 Rio de Janeiro at leisure
This morning after breakfast, enjoy a full day at leisure perhaps to visit the saara, for bargains in silver jewelry, leather goods or lace works. For the culture vulture there are museums and art galleries,or you can take a samba lesson! This evening, why not enjoy dinner at a vibrant restaurant? (Buffet breakfast)
Day 5 Rio de Janeiro - Iguassu Falls (2nights)
Today we will transfer to the airport for our flight to Iguassu. On arrival we are transferred to our hotel which overlooks the famous Iguassu Falls. Later, we'll enjoy a walking tour with a local guide along the Brazilian side of these amazing natural waterfalls! Get your cameras ready for this is truly one of the natural wonders of the world! If you wish there is an opportunity to take an optional helicopter trip over these spectacular falls. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)
Day 6 Iguassu National Park Excursion
This morning after breakfast we will board our coach and drive to the Argentine side of the falls. From here we make our way to the Iguassu National Park to enjoy a guided walking tour of this natural wonderland. After we return to our hotel, where the afternoon is at leisure to do as you please. Tonight, we will enjoy a barbecue dinner at a local restaurant. (Buffet breakfast/ Barbecue dinner)
Day 7 Iguassu Falls - Sao Paulo
Today we will depart Lguassu Falls as we transfer to the airport for our flight to Sao Paulo. On our arrival and before we reach our hotel, we enjoy an orientation tour showing us the city's main points of interest. This evening we dine at our hotel. (Buffet breakfast/ Dinner)
Day 8 Sao Paulo - USA
There's time to bid farewell to South America as we transfer you to the airport for your return flight to America on Sunday. (Travel agents please book the Sunday flight out of Sao Paulo) (Buffet breakfast)
Day 9 Arrive Miami
Your flight arrives back in Miami on Monday morning.
