Day 1: Depart U.S. for Dublin
Depart the U.S. and fly through the night to Ireland.

Day 2: Dublin Touring
Arrive at Dublin Airport, meet your tour director and transfer to your hotel. At 2:00 pm tour Dublin’s city center to see the highlights and stop to visit some prominent places. Dine at the Abbey Tavern and enjoy the traditional show. (D)

Day 3: Glendalough & Waterford
Visit 6th century Glendalough with its round tower and church ruins. Drive to Waterford to see how crystal is blown and cut at the famous Waterford Crystal Factory. Enjoy a welcome drink at your hotel and see historic Waterford on a brief walk. (B, D)

Day 4: Blarney Castle & Killarney
Enjoy tea and home-baked scones at a farmhouse. Drive along the south coast to Blarney Castle to climb to the battlements to kiss the Blarney Stone. Journey west to Killarney, celebrated for its lakes. (B, D)

Day 5: Ring of Kerry Tour
Experience the popular Ring of Kerry tour where the winding road leads you between the Atlantic coastline and the highest mountains in Ireland. Pass through the villages of Glenbeigh, Waterville and Sneem and stop to admire vistas and take photos. Return to Killarney. (B, D)

Day 6: Cliffs of Moher & Galway
Depart Killarney and take a ferry across the River Shannon. View the Cliffs of Moher rising to a height of 700 feet above the wild Atlantic waves. Drive through the Burren Country and around Galway Bay into Galway. (B, D)

Day 7: Foxford & Yeats’ Country
See Galway and travel through the countryside of Connemara where sheep roam freely. Travel to Foxford to visit the historic 19th century Woollen Mills. The writer, W.B. Yeats lived in Sligo. Stop in Drumcliffe to view his grave before continuing to Bundoran for overnight. (B, D)

Day 8: Boyne Valley & Dublin
Drive along the attractive shores of Lower Lough Erne and through the midlands. Near Navan visit the Boyne Valley Visitor Centre to see displays on the underground burial chambers dating from 2,500 BC. Drive into Dublin where the evening is free. (B)

Day 9: Depart for Home
Those booked on our 9-day tour (Tour ADB) transfer to Dublin Airport for the return flight to the U.S. Passengers may reserve an extra night (Tour ADC) with airport transfers. (B)
