   Itinerary
Day 1 - Arrive Oahu
Tour begins: Honolulu Airport.
A warm aloha awaits you upon your arrival on Oahu and the magnificent Royal Hawaiian Hotel; set along the shores of world-famous Waikiki Beach, the Royal Hawaiian has been fondly known for many years as the “Pink Palace of the Pacific.” This historic resort will be your island home for the next two nights. Meals D

Day 2 - Pearl Harbor / Honolulu
Situated along the white sands of Waikiki, the Royal Hawaiian offers the perfect locale to watch one of the world’s most famous beaches come to life in the early morning hours; colorful catamarans and outrigger canoes share the glistening waves with ardent surfers and swimmers. Sightseeing today includes a visit to Pearl Harbor to discover a legacy of modern-day history. Experience the poignant story of the USS Arizona Battleship Memorial, a tribute to the 2,433 brave servicemen who lost their lives on December 7, 1941. From Nuuanu Pali Lookout, enjoy a sweeping view of Kailua, Kaneohe and the sparkling waters of the blue Pacific Ocean. The afternoon is spent at your leisure; we invite you to join us tonight for a welcome reception at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel, a revered landmark since its grand opening in 1927. Meals B

Day 3 - Volcanoes National Park
Rise early for a short flight to the Big Island of Hawaii, home to an amazing variety of ecosystems, from snow-capped mountains and misty rainforests to lava rifts, wind-swept deserts and black sand beaches. Explore Hawaii Volcanoes National Park upon arrival, where the active volcano, Kilauea, has been erupting steadily since 1983; view steaming craters and cooled lava tubes, and discover scores of ancient legends as you travel through this fascinating geological wonderland. Lunch at the historic Pahala Planation in the old sugar town of Pahala is reminiscent of Hawaii’s bygone days when plantations flourished. Visit the beautiful black sand beach at Punalu’u Beach Park en route to The Fairmont Orchid, Hawaii, nestled on the sun-drenched Kohala Coast. Meals BL

Day 4 - Big Island of Hawaii at Leisure
Spend the entire day at your leisure; your resort on the Big Island of Hawaii offers endless opportunities to indulge in the spirit of “aloha.” Swim in an oceanfront pool, explore underwater vistas in a protected lagoon with complimentary snorkeling equipment and view boards, or stroll the resort grounds on trails that reveal ancient caves, burial sites, and petroglyph fields. An optional two-hour helicopter excursion flightseeing over the island is also available. Meals BD

Day 5 - Iao Valley / Lahaina
Arrive on Maui, known as the “Valley Isle,” following a flight from the Big Island. Visit Iao Valley, with its volcanic spire and towering cliffs. Travel to Lahaina, once the winter rendezvous site of the world’s whaling fleet, and continue to lovely Makena and the elegant Maui Prince Hotel, your home for the next three nights. Known as one of the most distinctive resorts in Hawaii, the Maui Prince artfully blends its ambiance, fine architecture, and cuisine into a memorable island experience. Meals BL

Day 6 - Island of Maui at Leisure
Enjoy activities at the resort today, or explore Maui on your own. Sightseers may want to rent a car to explore the island; others may wish to play a round of golf, or just relax at your resort’s beach. Join us tonight for an evening of Hawaiian food at a luau, featuring traditional song and dance. Meals BD

Day 7 - Explore Mount Haleakala
Maui is crowned by Mount Haleakala, whose dormant volcanic crater sits 10,023 ft. above sea level; gaze down at the crater, more than 3,000 ft. below you. The legendary “House of the Sun” was once believed to be the place where the demi-god Maui harnessed the sun’s power each morning. Join us this evening for a farewell reception followed by dinner. Meals BD

Day 8 - Journey Home
Tour ends: Maui Prince Hotel.
Fly home anytime. Bid farewell to Maui and transfer to the Kahului Airport for your flight back to the mainland – allow a minimum of two hours for flight check-in. Meals B
